With Electrical Safety Authority’s ESA ON Mobile app, ESA account holders can schedule Wiring notifications for inspection, check the status of notifications, and capture and submit photo/video evidence and related details to ESA to demonstrate the full scope of your installation.
Key features include:
• Use your ESA Online Services credentials to log into the app
• Search for your open notifications and view current inspection Status and Inspector information
• Schedule notifications for inspection
• Capture photo/video evidence while on-site and submit evidence to ESA with pertinent details for review
• Offline capability (photo/ video capture only)
Note: To use ESA ON Mobile, you must have a valid account with Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and login credentials for ESA Online Services. Contact the ESA Customer Service Centre for more information.
Minimum Device Requirements
• Location services must be turned on within the device settings for geo-tagging of evidence i.e. photographs/videos
• Mobile devices/OS supported by the application:
o iPhone:
• Minimum supported: iPhone 5 running iOS 9 or later
• Minimum for updates: iPhone 5 running iOS 13 or later
• Recommended: iPhone 6S/SE or more recent running iOS 9 or later however, 6S/SE is at the end of life cycle.
o iPad:
• Minimum supported – iPad 2 running iOS 9 or later
• Minimum for updates – iPad running iOS 13 or later
